Sol-Max Inc. is a U.S. residential energy storage and power electronics company formerly known as MidNite Power Inc. We design hybrid solar inverters, lithium iron phosphate battery systems, monitoring tools, and backup power solutions for installers and homeowners. Sol-Max Inc. was established in August 2023 with a clear purpose: to develop reliable, practical, installer-focused energy storage systems for the North American market. In July 2024, the company introduced its first ESS platform, featuring the hybrid AIO inverter and the Powerflo series LFP batteries.
